Return – Refund
1. Returns within 30 days
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received the product. To request a return, please ensure the following conditions:
Condition: The product must be new, unused, unwashed and free of any signs of damage. The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels and accessories (if applicable).
Proof of purchase: To ensure a quick return, you must provide a valid purchase invoice or transaction receipt.
2. Return Procedure

5. Damage or manufacturing defects

Free exchange: In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping costs and provide you with a replacement product at no additional charge.
6. Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email [email protected] with the subject “Order Cancellation Request” and the order number.
Canceling an order before it is processed: If your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours and the order has not been processed, you will not be charged any fees.
