1. How long will it take to ship after I place my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will most likely be processed the following Monday.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, ranging from 7-15 days depending on the country. Estimated delivery times are displayed on our website at the time of purchase and in your order confirmation email.
3. Product Shipping Costs
Product shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are $6.99 USD for all orders.
4. Shipping Addresses
Pollich.store currently only offers shipping for orders within the United States. To ensure fast and safe delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address within the United States when placing your order. Orders without a valid US address will not be processed. 5. Shipping Providers
At Pollich, we work with reputable carriers such as UPS to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and safely. All of our shipping partners offer online tracking, making it easy for you to stay up to date on the status of your order.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
For damaged or lost packages, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Return Packages
In the event of a return due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to discuss redelivery options. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your number, please check our delivery confirmation email.
9. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received the product. The product must be new, unused, unwashed and free of any signs of damage. For more details on the return process, please see the Return Policy section of our website.
10. Cancellations
